Please read the following before submitting your request:

  • Turnaround Time: Custom projects typically take 2+ weeks to complete.
  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for orders over $100 (remaining balance due upon completion).
  • Work Order Confirmation: We will contact you before starting your project to confirm details and pricing.
  • Shipping & Insurance: If shipping your item, please ensure it is properly packaged and insured to avoid damage.
  • Legal Requirements: Firearms must be shipped with a copy of your FFL or Driver’s License and a signed Waiver/Liability Release.
  • Minimum Order: A $25 minimum applies to all orders.
  • Additional Labor Fees: Firearms requiring disassembly/reassembly or minor repairs may incur an extra $25-$75 labor fee.
